dr. Sagar Verma

Dr. Verma was born and raised in India, leading a life that was filled with passion for bringing health and wellness to his community. He completed his medical academic life in India and became a radiation oncologist in his time there.

In the USA, Dr. Verma completed his Internal Medicine Residency from Nassau University Medical Center East Meadow Long Island. Since 2009, he has worked as an inpatient Hospitalist in various hospitals. After his wife completed a fellowship in Sleep Medicine from the University Of New Mexico in Albuquerque, they moved to Northern Virginia to be close to family.

In 2015, Dr. Verma opened his first Medical Weight Loss Clinic in Warrenton VA. He also completed his Board Certification by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. The clinic in Warrenton exclusively focused on weight loss and was extremely successful in helping patients lose weight and change their life for the better.

During this time, Dr. Verma developed interest in Wellness Medicine, which led to his training in Bio identical Hormone Replacement Therapy(BHRT). He received his BHRT training with WorldLink Medical under the famous Dr Neal Rouzier. Starting BHRT in his clinic significantly improved the quality of life of his female patients. Subsequently Dr. Verma also trained in IV nutrition therapy with Dr Virginia Osborne. IV nutritional Therapy is a novel way of helping the body heal itself by providing it the right nutrients intravenously in a clinically safe environment.

Dr. Verma then developed an interest in Aesthetic medicine, specifically regenerative aesthetic medicine. He is well-trained in administration of Botox/Xeomin, Dermal Fillers, HD-PDO threads and other aesthetic procedures. He has trained under Dr. Charles Runnels, the founder of Cellular Medicine Association and the inventor of Vampire Facial, Vampire Facelift, The O shot, and The P shot to perform these procedures. He has been offering aesthetic services and PRP therapy in the clinic since 2019.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Verma realized that Integrative Medicine is the future of medicine, and this inspired him to apply for Fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM). Dr. Verma completed his board certification in Integrative medicine in October 2022. He is now board-certified in Integrative medicine & the main focus of the clinic is to provide Integrative health services to the community.

Outside of work, Dr. Verma loves to spend time with his wife and two kids. He enjoys dancing with his children, traveling, and cooking.
